Instructional Designer Key Responsibilities

Your core mission is to supercharge student learning in social studies, leveraging AI-powered innovations to help students grasp and retain historical and geographical concepts twice as fast as traditional methods. You'll be the architect of a learning revolution that makes history and geography come alive for every student.

Basic Requirements

• Armed with a Bachelor's degree or higher in History, Geography, or related fieldyour foundation in social studies runs deep
• Battle-tested with 3+ years in the trenches of social studies education or curriculum development, with concrete evidence of moving the needle on student success
• Sharp analytical mind that can turn raw data into educational gold
• Hands-on experience with educational AI tools and applicationsyou know how to make technology work for learning

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
