Billing Coordinator

Job Description

• Full-cycle billing for assigned partners (prebills, revisions, e-bills, final invoices)
• Monitor and manage WIP, write-offs, and discounts
• Ensure compliance with outside counsel billing guidelines
• Communicate with partners and teams to coordinate billing status
• Use billing systems and document management tools
• Create reports, projections, and provide billing analysis
• Work in the office at least 3 days per week (hybrid policy)

The Successful Applicant

• 2-4 years of law firm billing experience
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, e-billing tools, and document management systems
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Self-starter who works well independently and within a team
• Able to handle pressure, competing deadlines, and prioritize effectively
• Bachelor's in business, accounting, or finance preferred
