Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications
- A Masters degree in social sciences, international development, public health, statistics, economics, or a related field (a Bachelors degree with extensive experience may be considered).
- At least 57 years of professional experience in research, data analysis, or monitoring & evaluation, preferably within NGOs or humanitarian organizations.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SPSS, STATA, or R.
- Strong ability to analyze large datasets and produce clear, actionable insights.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in cross-cultural teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in international development or humanitarian contexts.
- Familiarity with donor requirements and reporting standards.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
