Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• A Masters degree in social sciences, international development, public health, statistics, economics, or a related field (a Bachelors degree with extensive experience may be considered).
• At least 57 years of professional experience in research, data analysis, or monitoring & evaluation, preferably within NGOs or humanitarian organizations.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SPSS, STATA, or R.
• Strong ability to analyze large datasets and produce clear, actionable insights.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in cross-cultural teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in international development or humanitarian contexts.
• Familiarity with donor requirements and reporting standards.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Remote work experience, with proven ability to manage tasks virtually.
