What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new prospects and interact with existing multifamily and single-family housing customers to boost sales
- Collaborate with the RVP and TSRs to increase sales of Tarkett products through strategic accounts
- Conduct product knowledge presentations for end users, dealers, and architects/designers
- Create and maintain effective business plans for corporate strategic partners and end user opportunities
- Drive specifications and attend local networking events and trade shows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- Entrepreneurial attitude and competitive spirit
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word

- Experience in launching products at key accounts
- Ability to identify sales trends and develop business insights
