Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Candidates must be residing in USA.
• Proficiency in Python and backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience in designing and managing distributed backend systems.
• Understanding of system design principles, asynchronous/event-driven architectures, and queuing systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to thrive in a collaborative, product-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with voice or LLM-enabled systems such as STT, TTS, WebRTC, Twilio, or LiveKit.
• Familiarity with machine learning pipeline orchestration and inference workflows.
• Experience with containerization, Kubernetes, and infrastructure tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Previous collaboration with ML engineers for deployment and observability.
