Description:

Adecco is hiring a temporary Administrative Assistant to fill in for the receptionist at a consulting company in Boise on Wed 9-17 thru Fri 9-19, from 8am-5pm, with one day of training the prior week. Pay is $20/hr. You will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • Friendly and helpful demeanor
  • Computer Literate
  • Print/Copier Literate
  • Phone Etiquette and Transferring
  • Good Grammar to help proofread correspondence
Responsibilities include:
? Front Desk & Communication Support
    • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
    • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy
    • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
? ? Office Maintenance & Supplies
    • Monitor and restock office supplies, including printer paper and general stationery
    • Ensure printers and copiers are stocked and functioning properly
    • Perform light troubleshooting or escalate technical issues as needed
? Kitchen & Breakroom Upkeep
    • Replenish kitchen snacks and beverages daily
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of communal kitchen areas
? Administrative & Document Support
    • Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading correspondence, reports, and other documents
    • Ensure all written materials meet professional standards for grammar, tone, and formatting
? General Office Assistance
    • Support various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks
    • Help coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars when needed
    • Perform filing, scanning, and data entry tasks to support office efficiency
