We are embarking on an exciting journey to transform our core operational system (S/4HANA) and processes. As part of this initiative, we are looking for an experienced Order to Cash Transformation Manager to support our Galileo Program. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Act as a vital liaison between enterprise stakeholders and the Galileo (S/4HANA) team.
• Provide ongoing guidance to Order to Cash process associates and foster collaboration among functional leaders.
• Identify and recommend improvements in Order to Cash processes through effective partnerships with adjacent process owners.
• Drive the change management process while developing relationships with Order to Cash associates worldwide.
• Participate in key design decisions to ensure best practices are implemented in our global operations.

This position also involves executing critical activities related to the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Global Template phase of the project. You will support organizational change management, facilitate training initiatives, and assist with go-live activities, ensuring successful adoption of the new system across all markets.

We seek candidates with:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in order management or relevant Order to Cash processes.
• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Mathematics.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, as well as experience in Sales, Marketing, Transportation, and Warehousing functions.
• A proven track record in executing change management and business process management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with project management and training.
