Position Overview
The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee and manage mechanical engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met within the designated timelines and budgets. This role will involve coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality mechanical systems in commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects, including HVAC and plumbing systems design and installation.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of mechanical engineers and technicians on site.
• Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Communicate project updates and progress reports to stakeholders and upper management.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing industries.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Professional certification in project management (PMP) is a plus.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
