• Upkeep and maintain a current and informational website
• Idaho Catholic Register
• Idaho Family Magazine
• St. Johns Cathedral
• Social media

Annual Report

• Assemble, write, market and mail

Legacy Planning

• Advertise and coordinate legacy planning for the St. Josephs Endowment

Alumni Relations

• Alumni Newsletter
• Cultivate alumni list and distribute newsletters

Board Meetings

• Prepare a monthly Fundraising and Development Report to send to the board on a monthly basis

Fundraising and Grant Writing

• Ensure that yearly fundraising properly supports future operating budgets
• Seek out and write grants to assist and offset school operating costs and projects

Event Planning:

• Coordinate with SJPA on school social events:
• New Family Social
• Back to School Social
• Trunk or Treat
• Father Daughter Dance
• Oversee planning and execution of community fundraising events including:
• Fall Carnival
• Crab Feed
• Golf Tournament
