Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

The role, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, is a critical member of the Strategy team, which supports senior executives in creating corporate, business unit, and local strategies as well as driving key strategic initiatives to transform the Company. Range of responsibilities include developing enterprise strategy, driving growth strategies for current business units, leading high-priority projects as they are conceived and implemented throughout the organization, generating local market insights, and supporting innovation. The role provides and requires extensive interaction with the Company's executive leadership team..

Required Experience

At least 3+ years of experience in strategic management consulting post-MBA with healthcare experience

Strong quantitative aptitude and commercial acumen

Strategy experience and ability to frame strategic challenges with research and synthesis and draw out solutions and create action plans

Prior healthcare experience

Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and projects simultaneously

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to effectively collaborator with business unit leaders, subject matter experts, and external resources

Pay Range: $161,914.25 - $315,733 / ANNUAL
