FlightAware, a leader in global aviation data and analytics, is seeking a Sales Leader to manage all Partners and Advertising Sales teams. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across FlightAware's strategic partner ecosystem, digital advertising business, and data licensing opportunities. The ideal candidate is a proven commercial leader with deep experience in aviation, data platforms, or advertising sales, capable of building relationships, shaping strategy, and leading high-performing sales teams.

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience. 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with proven success managing multi-channel B2B and advertising sales teams. Excellent leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing global teams.
Background in aviation, aerospace, data platforms, or digital advertising strongly preferred. Strong commercial acumen, with experience in complex deal negotiations and partner ecosystems. Proven ability to scale advertising revenue streams (digital, programmatic, direct). Strong analytical mindset with experience in sales forecasting, CRM, and data-driven decision-making. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at the C-suite level.
Achievement of annual partner and advertising revenue targets. Growth in FlightAware's global partner network and advertising client base. High team engagement and retention scores. The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
