The Principal of Montessori Academy plays a crucial role in steering the administration team and ensuring the successful implementation of our curriculum, alongside overseeing all school operations. Key responsibilities include marketing strategy execution, managing student enrollment, fostering positive parent and community relations, supervising and developing staff, and ensuring effective facility management. Our Principal is expected to create a vision for learning and guarantee that every child is nurtured in a safe and encouraging learning atmosphere while supporting the staff in their crucial roles.

About You:

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with exemplary communication skills and a passion for child development. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree.
• A Montessori Certificate.
• The ability to pass a criminal background check.
• A minimum of three years of experience in educational administration is preferred.
• At least one year of teaching experience is required; three years is preferred.
• All qualifications to comply with applicable state regulations and accrediting boards, including necessary state director certifications.
