Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding service by greeting and serving guests while handling transactions efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures to provide fresh, high-quality food.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting, with the flexibility to rotate among different stations, including front counter, drive-through, or kitchen.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals in a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• A friendly and helpful attitude is essential.
• Prior experience in operations is a plus but not required.
• Some high school education is preferred.
• Food Handler certification might be necessary based on local regulations, to be obtained at your expense.

Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a dynamic environment; be prepared for a fast-paced setting with heat and noise. You will spend time standing on your feet and might be required to lift up to 50 lbs. Keeping a cool head under pressure and adapting to changing priorities is key.
