Pay Rate: $30.00/hr to $37.00/hr on W2

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive contractor support for the performance management program.
  • This role involves assisting with documentation, training, data analysis, and project support.
  • The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of program initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation Support

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update program procedures and instructions.
  • Assist in editing, proofreading, and formatting documents for clarity and accuracy.
  • Ensure documentation adheres to established standards, styles, and templates.
  • Monitor change requests and support periodic document reviews.

Program Support

  • Support the planning and execution of program activities using the fiscal-year roadmap.
  • Document business processes, guidelines, and standards.
  • Identify and report gaps or discrepancies in program execution.
  • Assist in collecting data and measuring results against established metrics.
  • Extract and categorize data for visualization and reporting purposes.
  • Help implement feedback systems for continuous improvement.

Training Support

  • Maintain training resources to ensure content is accurate and effective.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather training needs.
  • Deliver training sessions to provide program instructions to stakeholders.
  • Create and update graphs and charts to support metrics reporting.

Project Participation Responsibilities

  • Participate in project meetings and fulfill assigned action items in a timely manner.
  • Assist in facilitating the transition of projects from implementation to ongoing operations.
  • Respond to program-related inquiries and tickets submitted by employees and leaders.

Safety & Quality Compliance

  • Complete required safety training and follow safety policies and procedures.
  • Report hazards promptly and adhere to ergonomic work practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in human resources or a similar professional environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Duration: through end of year 2025
  • Location: Hybrid role based in Boise, ID
