We're seeking a skilled Survey Project Manager to join a dedicated team in Boise, Idaho. This role offers the chance to combine your technical expertise and leadership abilities to manage a variety of survey projects while collaborating with survey staff, clients, contractors, and internal teams.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality technical results, and will also oversee project scopes, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all work aligns with the organization's standard for excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and lead survey projects from inception to completion.
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal support teams.
• Deliver compliant, accurate, and impactful survey results.

What You Bring:

• A Professional Land Surveyor license (or equivalent experience and ability to obtain within one year).
• Expertise in technical surveying and project management.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to coordinate multiple priorities.
