Implements and administers the company's human resources policies, processes, and programs in recruiting, training, compensation, EEO and/or benefits. Provides information and coordinates activity related to established HR policies, processes, or regulations to employees and/or management, such as recruiting/employment, training, EEO, records retention, and benefits. Participates in the full lifecycle of recruiting activities including but not limited to: job posting, maintenance of job requisitions, phone screening, setting up/scheduling formal interviews, initiate drug and background screenings, and dispositioning candidates. Provides administrative support to one or more functional areas (e.g., correspondence, mail distribution, filing, answering phones, etc.). Develops and runs complex queries, compiles data, and prepares reports/statistical analyses for one or more functional areas.
