Back-of-House Lead
The BOH Lead at The Roosevelt Market supports the General Manager in the operation of the back of the house: ordering, holding high standards, customer service, food quality, and safety. In order to be successful in these responsibilities, the BOH Lead must love the restaurant business, exude the core values, and lead with heart and humor.
Requirements:
