Client Servicing Analysts are responsible for delivering top-notch operational support and fostering strong relationships with Clearwater's global clients. They excel in addressing inquiries related to investment and accounting matters, serving as a vital link between clients and internal teams. These analysts play a pivotal role in delivering prompt, precise, and comprehensive responses to client queries, with the ultimate objective of efficiently resolving issues while ensuring that clients become enthusiastic advocates of Clearwater.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage client inquiries & requests on various topics across investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets.
2. Deliver timely and accurate information regarding Financial Statements & Analytics Reporting.
3. Complete operational tasks such as account setup, client lockdowns, compliance, reconciliation validation.
4. Collaborate directly with clients to build valuable relationships and enhance their experience as a Clearwater user.
5. Validate investment data against third-party market data sources and demonstrate proficiency in internal tools for reconciling transactions.
6. Navigate knowledge bases and documentation to proactively solve client queries using internal resources.
7. Manage workflow based on productivity and quality metrics, prioritizing high-importance tasks.
8. Participate in long-term projects involving collaboration with internal teams.

Required Skills:

1. Basic understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, interest income, and related concepts.
2. Finance and/or accounting experience preferred.
3. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
5. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
7. Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting or a related field.
