Senior AEM Developer

The Senior AEM Developer provides advanced development leadership to drive the delivery of strategic modernization goals on a federal AEM program.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Technical Development & Mentorship

• Lead implementation of high-complexity AEM customizations and integrations.
• Mentor mid- and junior-level developers, and conduct technical walkthroughs.

1. Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with government leads, PMs, and designers to plan technical scope for upcoming sprints.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to design decisions.

1. Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure solutions comply with Section 508, security, and performance benchmarks.
• Conduct performance tuning and refactoring.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years of AEM experience.
• Expertise in AEM 6.x, OSGi, Sling, HTL/Sightly, and JCR.
• Experience integrating AEM with enterprise systems.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred skills include:

• Adobe Certified Expert AEM Developer.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Public Trust clearance at this location.
