Your Role:

As our Business Process Analyst, you will become the go-to expert in client service processes. Engaging with various applications, notably our agency management system, you will collaborate closely with the Business Process team to spearhead projects aimed at developing and implementing innovative processes and systems. Your focus will be on designing and executing solutions that enhance efficiency and connect people to essential resources in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in regional workgroups to define requirements, redesign, and implement top-notch business process solutions, workflows, and data standards.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive procedures and other business process artifacts for training and ongoing reference.
  • Work collaboratively with national and regional teams and stakeholders to identify challenges and create innovative, scalable solutions. You will report to the EH&B Business Process Leader and consistently embody MMA's core values of integrity, collaboration, passion, innovation, and accountability.

Your Background:

If you have a proven track record that includes the following, we would love to meet you:

  • 5+ years of experience in Employee Health & Benefits within the insurance brokerage business.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A passion for refining processes for improved efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and delivering on commitments.
  • 5+ years in a client-facing servicing or business process role.
  • Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic.
  • Permanent legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with client relationship management systems like Salesforce or Applied EPIC.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining procedure documentation.

The salary range for this position is $72,800 to $135,700. Your exact compensation will be based on various factors such as experience, skills, and education. Additionally, this role may qualify for performance-based incentives. Along with competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package that includes health benefits, retirement savings plans, and employee assistance programs.
