Civil Litigation Attorney

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney licensed in Missouri to join their expanding legal team. This remote position focuses on first-party property insurance claims, offering an opportunity to work with a reputable and growth-orientedlaw firm. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in first-party insurance litigation and a strong ability to manage complex legal matters independently.

Initial Base Salary: $12,500/month for the first 36 months

Commission Structure (after $600,000 in attorney's fees):

• 25% on firm-generated cases
• 40% on self-generated cases (Attorney on Record)
• 15% on self-generated cases (Not Attorney on Record)

Base salary typically reduced or removed once commission begins
