Position: Assistant Manager FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt Reports to: Club Manager Special Requirements: Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR/ AED Certification within time frames required by company and maintain physical ability to perform CPR/ AED in the event of a medical emergency. Must obtain Tanning Certification within time frame required by company. Must be able to attend occasional off-site meetings SUMMARY DESCRIPTION The Assistant Manager is responsible to work closely with the Club Manager to ensure an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
