Description:

Family Tree Financial a financial planning and wealth management firm located in Eagle, Idaho is seeking an experienced, organized and proactive Administrative and Operations Assistant. This position will provide administrative and office support to the Advisors to ensure that all administrative tasks are efficiently and effectively implemented. Must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time, and a wide breadth of experience managing administrative responsibilities.

Position duties include, but are not limited to:

Support in scheduling and calendar management for the advisors, with our clients, outside service providers, and for internal team activities.

Maintaining CRM database (Redtail) details and workflow.

Reception for office visitors, answer & direct phone calls, process incoming & outgoing mail, and field fax & email communications.

Assist with marketing campaigns and other events and client care

General office administrative support, supply inventory & ordering, maintaining scanning and filing systems, office appearance & upkeep, etc.

Administrative support of our financial planning, investment and insurance management, client service, and compliance processes.

Writing & assessing of policies and procedures of the firm and proposing changes to task workflows to improve efficiency.

Monitor, maintain, & advance office equipment and technology infrastructure

Experience Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor's degree in business with some accounting. Previous experience in the financial industry will be a major factor in the selection process.

5 years of relevant administrative work experience.

Superior organizational and task management skills

Positive attitude, pro-active, multi-tasker, detail oriented & strong follow-through skills, flexible, able to work independently or with a team, and excellent communication skills.

Technological fluency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications & research, CRM software is an absolute MUST!

This position is Full – Time in the office
