We are actively seeking a Customer Success Manager to work with our NOAM Education Sales team. This position is responsible for contributing to sales and support, working in multiple market segments within the North American Sales Team, and working with multiple product lines. This position is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. The candidate will work directly with teachers to drive success of their programs. This position will provide a getting started webinar for all new accounts. They will proactively reach out to the new accounts to ensure success.
Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr. Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including skill set, experience, and location. The minimum full-time salary range is $80,000 - $85,000. This position may participate in an annual incentive program. Benefits information is available here.
