Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of multiple specialty sites of ten or more physicians and mid-levels, focusing on physician relationships, staff relationships, and customer service.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day back office operations as needed.
  • Be knowledgeable with Joint Commission, OSHA, CLIA and State radiological safety standards as well as any other local, state or federal mandates.
  • Focus on customer service, physician and staff relationships and financial management; provide leadership and nursing oversight for back-office staff.
  • This role will also support the Area Practice Manager with ICU provider operations.

Schedule

Monday through Friday. Supporting Boise & Nampa Pulmonary clinics (on site at each location TBD) - 3 days in Boise, 2 days in Nampa

General Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience required, preferably in a physician office setting.
  • Management experience preferred.

Education
  • An associate or bachelors degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE

Licenses and Certifications
  • Candidate must have an RN license in Idaho and must provide licensure in Oregon within 90 days of hire
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification required
