How Youll Serve Our Patients

As a clinical professional at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation.

We are looking for a Nurse Manager who will plan, coordinate and supervise the delivery of nursing care within the treatment facility.

You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

  • Trouble-shoot problems/situations that arise on the unit.
  • Help with staffing or coverage
  • Supervise the medical aspects of treatment plan and implementation for each patient on the unit
  • Review incident reports and follow up through established process
  • Provide clinical expertise in medical management, crises and behavior management techniques
  • Assist with infection control
  • Monitor weekly data collected by RNs and supervisors and present trends to the Director of Nursing
  • Manage vendor relations and Pharmaceutical Services
  • Manage new Nurse Orientation
  • Assist Nurse Director with various duties, including monthly audits, checklists, communication to staff, and reviewing/updating policies and procedures
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with policies and procedures that meet accreditation and licensing requirements, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Must haves

  • State Licensure as an RN (Required)
  • Bachelors degree (B.S.N.) from a four-year college or university (Required)
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
  • 1+ years of patient care experience in nursing (Required)
  • 2+ years of direct patient care in nursing (Preferred)

OR

  • Associate Degree (Required)
  • 3+ years of experience in direct patient care in nursing (required)
  • 3+ years supervision (preferred)
  • Masters degree (M.S.N) preferred
