Overview

Clinical Pharmacist (Work from Home Tallahassee, FL)

Pay Rate: $57.43/hr

Location: Remote Tallahassee, FL (must hold an active Florida Pharmacist license)

Duration: 3 months (possible extension)

Schedule: Flexible; full-time or part-time considered (hours based on business needs)

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to patients (up to 100 calls per day)
  • Perform comprehensive medication reviews (CMRs) and medication therapy management services
  • Deliver in-depth patient consultations, including statin therapy adherence
  • Transcribe prescription, diagnosis, and recommendation data into third-party applications
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation to create patient-facing reports
  • Collaborate with the MTM product team to improve quality of care
Qualifications
  • Education/Licensing Requirements: Valid Florida Pharmacist License
  • Experience Requirements: 4+ years of experience as a Clinical MTM Pharmacist (management experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with Medicare Part D Star measures (SUPD, SPC, CMR)
  • Clinical experience in medication review and pharmaceutical/medical vocabulary
  • Essential Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and speed in data entry
  • Tech-savvy; Salesforce experience preferred

Pay Details: $57.00 to $57.43 per hour
