Act as a dedicated learning partner for assigned business units, serving as a point of contact for their training and development needs. Partner with HR and business leaders to understand learning priorities and connect them with relevant programs, tools, and resources. Continuous Improvement Contribute to the design, development, and continuous enhancement of L&D programs and processes. Research and recommend new approaches, tools, and best practices to improve program quality and participant experience. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with L&D team members, HR business partners, and business leaders to ensure alignment between development programs and organizational needs. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to drive engagement and participation in learning initiatives.
