Communicate with drivers daily on route progress, changes, and issues. Works along side sales team on issues, late deliveries, amendments to route, local pickups, etc. Communicates with customers on delivery statuses. Provide excellent customer service. Maintain order management systems. Schedule and Route orders Qualifications:High school diploma/ GED 1 years prior dispatching experience. Experience in shipping or logistics preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, excel, 360, and teams. Dispatch. Track software experience preferred but willing to teach the right candidate. Trilogy software experience preferred but willing to teach the right candidate. Highjump software experience preferred but willing to teach the right candidate. WMS experience preferred. Well organized, strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism. Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
