About the Role
Our client is seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. As the frontline, CSRs play a vital role in improving access to healthcare by assisting callers with ADA Core Services and other disability-based programs.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent placement after 3 months.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls using an automatic dialer system (approx. 80 calls/day)
Assist members, clients, and facilities with eligibility verification and transportation coordination
Perform data entry, process picture IDs, and manage customer requests
Provide reception and administrative support
Maintain accurate records, scan documents, and manage filing systems
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
Support special projects and maintain daily scheduling for eligibility staff
Track and manage office supplies and equipment
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of call center experience (any industry)
Experience with high-volume calls preferred
Must have a dedicated workspace and 30mbps internet speed (no hotspots)
Must not be in a caretaking role during work hours
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Comfortable with both customer-facing and administrative tasks

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
