Main Responsibilities

• Partner with Divisions to support growth targets and act as the liaison for marketing initiatives.
• Lead meetings, provide performance insights, and manage digital marketing programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive division and national goals.
• Build localized digital campaigns, develop playbooks, and present to senior management.
• Track performance, analyze customer and channel data, and optimize marketing efforts.
• Monitor competitors, share best practices, and drive marketing innovation.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in digital/traditional marketing management.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

The salary range is $105,900 - $137,580 annually, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
