Overview

Director of Business Development - Healthcare at Thomas Cuisine. Join our REAL Foods mission to drive growth in the healthcare vertical and help change the way the world eats, one meal at a time.

What Youll Do

• Drive the growth of our healthcare vertical as a key member of the sales and growth team.
• Secure client relationships aligned with our REAL food mission, engaging with guests, care providers, and patients to deliver scratch cooking made with intentional ingredients.
• Report to the Vice President of Growth and Retention; collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to align strategies and pricing with growth goals.
• Monitor the marketplace, provide competitive analysis, and develop strategies and tactics to capture opportunities.

What You Will Need

• Bachelors degree required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in business development for a growing organization, preferably in healthcare.
• Flexible to travel as needed (up to 30%).
• Open to hybrid or fully remote locations.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, plus uncapped commission.
