Job Description: The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. This role is responsible for the execution of excellent customer service by ensuring that patients' needs are met efficiently and courteously. PSR I will manage all aspects of the patient registration process, pre-certification and scheduling, and performing basic clinical tasks for the collection of lab specimens in a laboratory, clinic or examination area, also known as a phlebotomy.
