Hardening our approach, we are searching for a People Operations Partner for our US West Region.

Base pay range

$80,900.00–$110,000.00 per year

As a People Operations Partner you'll work in a dynamic environment with multiple time‑sensitive priorities. You will partner with Jacobs' Centers of Excellence stakeholders and business leadership in a defined geography to align talent strategies and oversee implementation of people initiatives. Your role includes advising and coaching on workforce planning, talent acquisition/mobility, compensation, change management, retention, engagement, employee relations and legal matters. You will also act as an advocate for people, collaborate with leaders to resolve workplace challenges, provide data‑driven insights, enforce HR policies, and champion the TogetherBeyond culture of inclusion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a closely related field
  • At least 3 years of human‑resource experience with success in employee relations and performance management
  • Proven ability to build trust and confidence at all organizational levels
  • Experience handling internal company investigations within Employee Relations or Human Resources
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments
  • Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving and action‑oriented skills with data‑driven analysis
  • Demonstrated commitment to workforce diversity and inclusion
  • Well‑organized, leadership skills, flexibility and adaptability to meet dynamic needs
  • Absolute integrity, business acumen, knowledge of industry trends and HR best practices, solid collaboration and communication skills, and passion for creativity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • SPHR credential
