Join our team as a Part-Time Sanitation Crew Member and play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment! You will provide excellent maintenance services while ensuring that our facility meets the highest standards of cleanliness. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Conduct daily and weekly cleaning tasks as per the maintenance lists.
• Support various teams with cleaning projects across the facility.
• Assist with minor repairs and improvements where needed.
• Participate in ordering supplies necessary for effective store maintenance.
• Respond to and manage cleaning emergencies promptly.
• Help maintain the landscaping and parking lot to enhance the overall appearance.
• Engage in continuous cleaning across all departments.
• Arrive on time, dressed appropriately, and ready to contribute to the team, ensuring attendance at scheduled shifts and required trainings.
• Immediately report any safety hazards or violations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Experience:

• No prior retail experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours during a shift.
• Capable of performing motions such as bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals approved by the FDA.
• Ability to work in various temperature conditions, including freezing and very warm environments.
• Willingness to work in wet and cold conditions.
• Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Skillful in operating tools and equipment including box cutters and electric machinery.
