Position Summary:
The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager by overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising team members, and ensuring excellence in guest service, product quality, safety, sanitation, maintenance, and cash handling. This role requires thorough knowledge of Marco's procedures for each position and the business overall. Assistant Managers are trained in all areas of restaurant management and, with strong performance, have opportunities for career advancement within the Marco's brand.
