Jet Health Inc / First Choice Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated full-time Home Health Scheduler to join our home health team in our Boise, ID office. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently schedule patient/client services and coordinate with staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our patients in Boise, ID and surrounding areas. This is NOT a remote position. The appropriate candidate will commute to our Boise, ID office. Requirements High School graduateOne year's experience as a home health or hospice scheduler highly preferred. Exceptional communication skills, experience with electronic medical records (HCHB preferred), ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and customer service skills.
