Brick & Stone Mason (Hardscape / Masonry) — Full-Time Idaho | Full-Time | Pay: $25-30/hour or $52,000-62,400/year DOE

The Role We're hiring a Brick & Stone Mason to construct high-quality hardscape and masonry features, including paver patios/walkways, retaining walls, stone veneer, flagstone, steps, seat walls, and fire features. You'll work with a strong crew, quality tools, and clear standards—built for Idaho freeze–thaw and drainage realities.

What You'll Do

Install pavers, brick, and stone to line/level with clean cuts and tight tolerances

Build retaining walls with correct embedment, drainage, backfill, and stabilization

Prep subgrade/base and compact to standard

Install edge restraints, jointing materials, and finish compaction

Support veneer stone and feature builds (pillars, kitchens, walls, fire features)

Keep a clean, organized jobsite and communicate needs/issues to your lead

Document progress with photos/notes as directed

Safety Matters Here (Safety-Critical Role)

This job includes power tools, heavy materials, and dust control. You must be willing to

Follow PPE requirements (boots, eye/ear protection, gloves, respirator/dust mask as required)

Use wet cutting/dust control practices

Lift safely and keep cutting zones protected

Report hazards/near misses immediately

What We're Looking For

Mid-level masonry/hardscape experience (or strong competency and trainability)

Pride in craftsmanship and willingness to meet high standards

Reliability, teamwork, and professionalism on client properties

Ability to work outdoors in Idaho weather conditions

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

Outdoor work in heat/cold/dust/weather

Frequent lifting and carrying (often up to ~80 lbs)

Standing/kneeling/bending on uneven terrain

Working around saws, compactors, and cutting equipment

Pay & Schedule

Full-Time

Pay: $25-30/hour or $52,000-62,400/year DOE

Overtime may be available during peak season, per business needs and applicable law
