Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, security-related procedures, and site-specific policies within a technology location; Perform access control duties including monitoring entry points, verifying identification and/or credentials, managing visitor registration, and directing deliveries to designated areas; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken per policy; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help discourage unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or operational concerns; Monitor cameras and other systems as assigned, complete required logs and reports, and communicate timely updates to site contacts, management, and/or emergency responders when needed
