Position Overview

Supports routing, load assignments, and shipment tracking through Oregon-based systems. Boise candidates are prioritized for hybrid workflow participation; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operations and assist with process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Assign freight loads and track shipment activity

Maintain operational records and dispatch logs

Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays

Ensure workflow accuracy and operational compliance

Identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies

Collaborate with Oregon-based management to maintain alignment

Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures

Time management and multitasking skills

Experience optional; full training provided
