Role Description
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the development and execution of campaign assets and client deliverables. This person will collaborate with the Creative Manager, copywriters, social media managers, accounts/project managers, and media team as needed to craft designs that represent the brand and are strategic, effective and impactful. Primary functions will include graphic design for campaign development and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
· Conceptualize and design creative assets for campaigns across digital, social, out-of-home, and overall brand identity.
· Translate creative direction into polished, high-quality visuals for marketing materials and presentations.
· Collaborate with creative and account team members to concept new ideas and ensure design aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
· Maintain visual consistency across all deliverables.
· Execute all design assets based on an approved concept in a timely and efficient manner.
· Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and visual systems.
· Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and project requirements.
· Revise and refine designs based on feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
· Stay up to date on design trends and tools, including the use of AI
What We're Looking For
· 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design. Bonus points if experience is in an agency or marketing environment!
· Experience creating social-first content including paid social ads
· Knowledge of graphic design principles including typography, layout and hierarchy.
· Curious learner who can embrace AI and incorporate into their workflow.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite
