Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing for custodial, grounds, and warehouse services across multiple school facilities.
• Serve as the main liaison between client representatives, site supervisors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and client-specific policies.
• Monitor attendance and performance, addressing any issues promptly.
• Support payroll processing and invoicing for staffing assignments.
• Maintain accurate records for employee files and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in coordinating staffing services for custodial, facilities, grounds, warehouse, or general labor roles.
• Knowledge of employment compliance requirements, including background screening and clearance-based onboarding.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• US Citizen Only.

Preferences

• Experience supporting staffing programs in government, school district, or other regulated environments.
• Experience with workforces performing physical labor and safety-sensitive duties.
