Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a dynamic technology-focused location.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor processing, and help to control authorized access to the location in accordance with established protocols.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, lobby areas, and perimeter, remaining aware of unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns promptly.; Support daily operations by maintaining accurate access logs, issuing badges or credentials when appropriate, and providing clear directions and assistance to guests, vendors, and staff.
