We are looking for a Healthcare Resource Specialist to join our referral team, providing exceptional customer service to our patients, facilitating the transfer of care between primary care providers and specialists. You will work full-time Monday-Friday during typical office hours. In this position, you will collaborate with multiple clinics to best utilize resources while accommodating physician preference and patient needs consistent with Saint Alphonsus values and missions.
