CV Resources is partnering with a growing employee-owned professional services organization seeking an Accounting Systems Manager to support and optimize financial workflows within Deltek Vantagepoint. This role will serve as a key liaison between Accounting, Finance, Operations, and the Deltek Administrator to improve processes, drive consistency, and enhance financial system functionality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, document, and improve accounting workflows within Deltek Vantagepoint, including billing, revenue recognition support, project accounting processes, and financial operations
• Partner closely with Accounting, Finance, and Operations teams to align workflows and improve efficiency
• Serve as a subject matter expert for accounting and finance users within Deltek
• Evaluate workflow gaps and recommend process improvements to reduce manual work and improve reporting accuracy
• Support accounting teams with training, guidance, and best practices related to Deltek usage
• Collaborate with the Deltek Administrator regarding system enhancements, workflow execution, and process optimization
• Ensure accounting workflows produce accurate, reliable, and audit-ready financial data
• Maintain workflow documentation, controls, and process standards
• Partner with internal reporting resources to support financial reporting readiness and data consistency
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience supporting accounting or financial management teams within Deltek Vantagepoint or similar ERP systems
• Strong understanding of accounting operations, project accounting, billing, and financial workflows
• Experience within project-based professional services environments strongly preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
• SQL or reporting tool experience is a plus
