We are seeking motivated, ambitious individuals to join our team as a Business Management Trainee. This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in management, marketing, fundraising, and business development. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations at live promotional events.
• Build positive relationships with community members and potential donors.
• Educate the public about fundraising campaigns and organizational missions.
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events.
• Support customer engagement and donor acquisition efforts.
• Track campaign performance and report results to management.
