Interested in real estate but not sure how to get started? Getting licensed and jumping into the business on your own can be a big leap. This position gives you a chance to learn the business firsthand, gain experience, and see if a career in real estate is right for you.

As a Showing Assistant with Agents With A Smile, you'll work alongside one of Meridian's top real estate teams. You'll meet with buyers, show homes, learn the local market, and get real experience working in the business.

If your goal is to eventually become a full-time real estate agent, this is a great place to start. You'll have the opportunity to learn how the business works before taking that next step.

How It Works

We'll help you navigate the licensing process before you begin working with clients. Once licensed, you'll learn alongside experienced agents and use the same systems and technology our team uses every day.

You won't be expected to figure everything out on your own. You'll have people around you who can answer questions, help you improve, and show you what it takes to succeed in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
