You will have the opportunity to work as part of a team and strengthen valuable skills including organization, communication and attention to detail. In conjunction with preparing and shipping orders for our loyal customers, you will work with supervisors who are committed to helping you find success.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and ship Red Aspen products to fulfill ordersIdentify the proper product and quantity on order pack slip – striving for 100% accuracy in items pickedSecurely pack orders based on internal packaging guidelinesShip orders using internal shipping softwareRestock and clean packing station at the end of every shiftAssist with special warehouse kitting assignments as neededQualificationsMust be able to work on the weekend after Thanksgiving and 2nd week of JanuaryApplicants must be responsible and detail-oriented to ensure orders are packed and shipped with the utmost care and attention.Ability to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to work at a computer station and view a computer screen for extended periods of timeAbility to lift 30+ PoundsAbility to push and pull up to 50 lbsAbility to frequently bend, squat, stand, walk, push and pull, reach above shoulder level, have both arms and legs accessible, and perform manual dexterityAbility to occasionally climb a ladder and kneelAbility to read basic English and software information on devicesWorking knowledge of computers and all applicable software including Microsoft Office products; Comfortable troubleshooting Warehouse Management Software issues
